5.6 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777xp9 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
6.1 777xp9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a player account carry a wagering requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Fund play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the award will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. 777xp9 is not obliged to compensate for expired bonus funds.
6.6 777xp9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be treated under the terms applicable at the time of their opt-in, to the extent practicable.
7.1 All bets placed on 777xp9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event market. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is deemed accepted and binding only once a confirmation is displayed on-screen and recorded in the player's transaction history. 777xp9 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where system errors are suspected.
7.3 Void Bets. 777xp9 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) an obvious pricing error is identified; (c) fraudulent activity or match manipulation is detected; or (d) technical errors result in incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed at the time of bet placement. 777xp9 may apply individual stake restrictions to specific player accounts at its discretion.
7.5 Results. For sports betting, official results as published by the relevant sporting body are used to settle markets. 777xp9's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
